The failure of PC PLACE to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Use will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless in writing and signed by PC PLACE. Dispute Resolution The Terms of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to the Terms of Use or PC PLACE will be filed only in the state or federal courts in the Eastern or Southern Districts of Saskatchewan. Survival Upon termination of the Terms of Use, any provision which, by its nature or express terms should survive, will survive such termination or expiration. Entire Agreement The Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and any additional terms that may apply to the PC PLACE Website constitute the entire agreement between you and PC PLACE relating to the subject matter herein and will not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties, or by a change to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy or guidelines made by PC PLACE as set forth above.
